📍 Location

• Preferably Verdal, Norway - but we’re open to flexible or remote arrangements for the right candidate.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Take technical ownership of complex projects from planning to deployment.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using Laravel and Vue.js.
• Mentor and support fellow developers — share knowledge, set standards.
• Conduct code reviews and champion clean, efficient code.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart tech solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and development culture.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience with Laravel and modern PHP.
• Advanced skills in Vue.js for building dynamic, reactive UIs.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and scalability.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior devs.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
