Jettime is looking for an experienced and visionary Cabin Crew Manager to inspire, organize, and elevate our cabin crew operations. As Jettime's Cabin Crew Manager, you are responsible for the leadership and close dialogue with both our Cabin Crew Supervisors, Cabin Chiefs and Cabin Attendants. You report directly to our Vice President Flight Operations, and you are part of our Flight Operations Management team. The job location is at the office in our Head Quarter in Kastrup.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a skilled, motivated, and international team of cabin crew in Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
  • Development and maintenance of active leadership through our Cabin Chiefs, ensuring clear direction and high engagement.
  • Drive recruitment and retention of top-tier cabin crew who embody Jettime’s values.
  • Develop and maintain the supporting structure of Cabin Crew Management, including your group of four Cabin Crew Supervisors and a full-time administrative support, who report directly to you.
  • Assisting VP Flight Operations in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and company policies/procedures related to safety, employment, and qualifications in our cabin operations.
  • Collaborate with unions and internal stakeholders to maintain a transparent and proactive dialogue.
  • To be a key stakeholder in maintaining the budget for the Flight Operations department.
  • Continuously improve cabin operations through curiosity, courage, and a business-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For

Your Experience

  • Experience as cabin crew in operations, preferably similar to Jettime’s.
  • Proven leadership experience—especially in managing teams on the distance and across locations.
  • Solid understanding of aviation compliance and operational standards.
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in a Scandinavian language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
