We’re currently scaling up and need a Sales Manager to help us commercialize and grow our flagship SaaS products: CrewMatch, CrewMan, and PayCalc.
What you’ll do
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success. You’ll:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products – from planning to execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own the sales process from first contact to signed contract – including offers, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Represent Zymfonix at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategy and market positioning.
- Shape the future of our commercial operations with your ideas and insights.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced – but also energetic, strategic, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Must-haves
- Experience in sales and business development, ideally in software, tech, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and market dynamics.
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications – or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
