FLY4 Airlines, in collaboration with AAP, is inviting applications from experienced and service-driven professionals for the position of Cabin Crew Member (CCM). Based in Dublin, with additional opportunities at Luton and Stansted, this fixed-term role places you at the heart of our inflight operations.

As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming inflight experience, delivering outstanding service while upholding the highest safety standards. You’ll represent the FLY4 brand with confidence and care, working as part of a close-knit team and demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and resilience on every flight.

Details of the role: 

  • Position: Cabin Crew Member (CCM)
  • Contract: Fixed-Term of 4 Months Initially. Employment will be with AAP Aviation on behalf of FLY4 Airlines.
  • Base Location: Dublin, Luton or Stansted
  • Roster Pattern: 16/12
  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure onboard safety and compliance with all regulations and procedures
  • Deliver safety briefings and complete pre-flight checks
  • Provide excellent inflight service and passenger care
  • Respond calmly to medical, safety, or service incidents
  • Work effectively with our cabin and flight deck team
  • Maintain a polished and professional image at all times

Essential Criteria

  • Valid EASA Attestation
  • At least 1 year of recent flying experience (within the past 5 years)
  • Valid EASA Medical Certificate
  • Height 160–190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Fit to fly; able to pass drug and alcohol screening
  • Valid EU/UK passport; unrestricted right to live and work internationally
  • Able to report to base location within 60 minutes
  • Clean background; able to pass a 5-year security check
  • Minimum high school education
  • Committed to grooming and uniform standards

Desirable Experience

  • Informal leadership or mentoring
  • Inflight medical or first aid experience
  • Familiarity with multiple aircraft types
  • Use of inflight digital or retail systems
  • Hospitality or tourism background
  • Recognition for customer service, teamwork, or safety
  • Experience at EU or UK operational bases
