AAP is recruiting experienced and professional Senior Cabin Crew Members on behalf of FLY4 Airlines a dynamic and fast-growing airline committed to delivering excellence in safety, service, and team performance.

As a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM), you will lead cabin operations, ensuring full safety compliance, exceptional service standards, and effective co-ordination with the flight deck. This is a key position suited to individuals who lead by example and thrive in high-performance environments.

Location: Delhi, India
Work Pattern: 6/4 Roster
Contract: 9 Month Fixed-Term (Starting September 2025)

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation or the ability to complete required training.
• Minimum 1 year of recent flying experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to obtain valid EASA Medical Certificate.
• Height: 160–190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages beneficial).
• Good physical health, clear eyesight, and able to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within India and internationally.
•  Able to report to airport within 120 minutes of call-out.
• No criminal record; must pass a comprehensive 5-year background check.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Committed to uniform and grooming standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead all aspects of cabin safety, service, and team performance
• Conduct pre-flight briefings and manage in-flight operations and documentation
•  Mentor and support cabin crew to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure a calm, professional, and passenger-focused in-flight experience
