AAP Aviation and Pilot Flight Academy are now looking for a Financial Controller that will work out of the AAP Aviation Headquarters by the Oslo Fjord at Lysaker.
The Financial Controller will work approximately 50% for each company, and will work closely with, and report to Business Controller and CFO of AAP Aviation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and further develop processes for controlling income, cost of goods, sales and administrative costs, as well as investments
- Ensure quality in profit and loss statements at country, departmental and business area level
- Own and coordinate month-ends for Pilot Flight Academy and AAP Aviation
- Responsibility for an appropriate reporting structure
- Responsibility for optimizing processes in the finance function
- Ongoing support to other business controllers and business partners – professional and procedural support, sparring and guidance.
- Attend to projects and ongoing analysis and development tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Higher education in economics, accounting or auditing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in controlling or auditing
- Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as interest in working with PowerBi
- Good ability to present orally and in writing in Norwegian and English
- The right to live and work in Norway
