Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring the safety and airworthiness of commercial airplanes? On behalf of Finnair, we are looking for experienced aircraft certifying engineers, who are eager to learn and develop together with an ambitious team.


Main responsibilities:

In the role of a Certifying Engineer, you work as a mechanic and a licensed engineer to perform and sign off the work provided by supervisor or company management.

You are authorized to work independently and issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) or EASA FORM 1 after completion of maintenance in accordance with the authorization given by the company.


Minimum criteria:

  • EASA B1 or B2 license type rated 320 and or 330/ 350
  • Professional track record in aviation
  • Have the right to live and work in Finland
  • Good background and attitude
  • Good skills in both spoken and written English

If you have previous experience in the above field, you might be the correct person for the role. Please note, that the hiring process includes a security clearance and a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug test.


Roster pattern:

  • 5 days on – 5 days off / With 3 shift models daily

  • Only night shift models
